Julie Michaud owner of Prettyology is hosting Teryn for two full days of Color Theory and Eyeliner. Teryn has been an industry leader teaching full spectrum Color Theory from a scientific, artistic and experience-based perspective uncomplicating the complicated. This is non pigment brand specific. Teryn is also known for her amazing eyeliner work including her design, precision and high healed-in color retention. This class has been a game changer for hundreds of artists over the years looking to level up their own eyeliner work by achieving high healed-in color, reducing procedure time and touch up work.
Class Dates: August 5th & 6th, 2024 from 10am to 6pm / 8 Students Max.
Where: Prettyology located at 50 Pulaski Street, Peabody, MA
Day One: Teryn will dive deep into Color Theory. It’s all about identifying all the different variables with each client skin type that influences our pigments and healed-in results. Identifying the variables, then minimizing or eliminating the influence each variable presents so your healed-in results are predictable with the tone of color wanted while ensuring a stable aging process. To name just a few things you will learn: Overtones and its influences, the eight different Undertones and influences, Modifiers, when to use an organic and when best to use an inorganic, how Depth & Saturation affect our healed-in color, the Stretch Test, how technique and needles affect our healed-in color and so, so much more. A full day jammed packed of skin, color, pigments and results.
Day Two: Teryn will tattoo a live model eyeliner showcasing her techniques and skill. She will be talking and explaining to you what she is doing and why she is doing it. Questions and video welcomed. After Lunch a skill building workshop of practicing Teryn’s movements and techniques on latex, practicing dotting, mapping and designing eyeliner on other students, practicing hands on stretching and all questions answered. This is a training format Teryn has found exceptionally successful for students. Expect your healed in saturation to improve. Expect your design and symmetry to improve. Expect your overall eyeliner results to improve and your confidence to execute the eyeliner procedure with better success.
The two-day class fee is $1950 and includes the new Beyond the Epidermis Color Reference Book, Color Theory and Correction Checklists, a one-year access to the Beyond the Epidermis online Color Theory Course, a one-year access to Teryn’s online Eyeliner Course, Certificate of Training, light breakfast, lunch, snacks and beverages.
